PatsyBringard2.webPatsy A Maxfield Bringard, age 75, passed away at her home in Deseret, Utah on Saturday, February 24, 2018. She was born November 24, 1942 in Salt Lake City, Utah, the youngest of four children, to Vaugn Elijah and Avis Alberta Jacobsen Maxfield. She grew up in near the Salt Lake Airport. Keeping up with her three brothers got her into many adventures during her youth. She worked as a waitress and café cook, until she met her sweetheart, John Clark Bringard. They were married in Las Vegas, Nevada on August 23, 1987. They made their home in Las Vegas and raised her 6 sons. They moved their family to Deseret in the early 1990s. She joined the community working at the Deltan Inn and the City Café.

Patsy’s family was the most important thing in her life. She loved to take them camping, and made sure everyone showed up to the yearly family reunion, or else... She was a constant supporter of her children and grandchildren and loved to keep up on their lives and activities. She was a strong woman and overcame many obstacles, but she will be remembered by her family for her kind, sweet and loving spirit.

Patsy is survived by her husband: John; sons: Ronald (Terri) Bringard, Delta; Michael (Rose) Steadman, Milton, WA; Troy (Shonna) Steadman, Oak City; Robert Bagley, Oak City; Joe (Richelle) Wilkins, Springville; 30 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren; brother: Max Maxfield. She was preceded in death by her son: Dixon Wilkins; brothers: Collins and Gary Maxfield.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 3, at 12:00 PM, at the Nickle Mortuary Chapel, 190 South Center St. Viewing will be held on Saturday morning,  11:00-11:40 AM, prior to the service. Interment will be at the Delta City Cemetery.
