Linda Lu James Bublitz, age 72, passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 in Delta, Utah. She was born on December 2, 1947 in Sparta, Wisconsin the youngest the four children of Ernest and Marion Lillian Hanna James. She grew up in Billings, Montana. She excelled as a cheerleader during high school. After graduating she moved to New York City with her sister. After gaining some life experience, she moved back to Billings, where she worked as a bookkeeper. One afternoon she when car shopping and hit it off with the handsome car salesman. Fate worked its magic and they happened to continue running into eachother. The car salesman asked her to be his bride. Linda and Richard Gerald Bublitz were married on May 3, 1974 in Rapid City, South Dakota. They spent the next 45 wonderful years together.

In 1981 she moved her family to Delta, Utah where she worked at the power plant as an accountant. In 1988 they moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she worked as an accountant for a casino until she retired. During there later years, she and Richard moved to Hesperia, California in 2011 and later back to Delta in 2016 to be close to her family.

Linda loved riding motorcycles, bicycling, camping reading and cooking - and she was an excellent cook. The most important thing in Linda’s life was her family. She always took care of everyone else and was the anchor in keeping family relationships strong.

Linda is survived by her husband: Richard Bublitz, Delta; sons: Tim (Liz) Bublitz, Fort Bridger, Wyoming; Rick (EuDon) Bublitz, Delta, Utah; daughters: Cindy (Mark) Reed, Fayetteville, Arkansas; Teri (Randy) Anderson, Hettinger, North Dakota; Cory Worley, Delta, Utah; 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
