Bonnie Ruth Howard Ogden

Bonnie Ruth Howard Ogden, age 79, passed away peacefully on December 22, 2012 at her home in Delta, Utah surrounded by her family. Bonnie was born on April 5, 1933 in Nephi, Utah to Ivan Edward and Adelaide Bernice Howard. She was the third of thirteen children. At an early age she learned how to work hard and be a loving caretaker.

She married Cleo J Ogden on July 1, 1950. The marriage was solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple in August of 2001. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and homemaker. She loved to clean, iron, cook and embroider. Her children and grandchildren were her greatest joy. Anything she could do for her family made her happy. She loved to serve others.

She is survived by 4 children: Connie (Reverl) Jasper of Mona, UT; James Ogden, Penny Young, and Paula (Darren) Mason of Delta, UT; 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by parents: Ivan and Adelaide Howard; husband: Cleo J Ogden; sisters: Bernice Webb and Georgia Lee Howard.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 28, at 11:00 AM, at the Sutherland 2nd Ward Chapel. Viewings will be held Thursday evening, from 7-8 PM, at the Nickle Mortuary; and Friday morning at the church, 9:30-10:40 AM. Burial will be in the Delta Cemetery.
