Leann Hepworth

Leann Hepworth, age 63, graduated from mortality on January 15, 2024, surrounded by family, in Hinckley, Utah.  Leann was born March 20, 1960 in Delta, Utah to Harold J. Anna Lee Swensen Hepworth. Leann could be described as having a quiet strength, a friend to everyone, and always serving with a kind and humble spirit.

Leann graduated from Delta High School and went on to Snow College, earning her Associates Degree in business. Soon after graduating, she started working at Waddingham and Associates as a legal assistant. She enjoyed her work there, and continued her education to become a paralegal. She worked 43 years with dedication and professionalism.

Leann was a proud member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She had a strong testimony in the gospel and served her community as Relief Society President, Young Women President, Primary President, Stake Emergency Preparedness Specialist, and many more. She also served with Stake Patriarchs and typed over 500 patriarchal blessings.

Outside of work and her religious commitments, Leann had a love of sports and travel. She enjoyed following her Delta Rabbits and attended many games and state tournaments. When she wasn’t supporting her home team you could find her sitting with her mother playing a card game or watching sports. She enjoyed bowling and traveled all over the country with her parents and sister for bowling tournaments.

Leann is survived by her mother: Anna Lee; sister: Lynette Bosworth; brother: Howard (Laurie) Hepworth; and numerous nieces and nephews that she loved with all her heart and considered them as her own. She was preceded in death by her father: Harold.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 20, at 11:00 am, at the Hinckly LDS Chapel, 188 North Main Street, Hinckley. Viewings will be held Friday evening, 6-7:30 pm, at the Nickle Mortuary, 190 S Center St; and Saturday, 9:30-10:40 am, prior to the service.
