Everlie Barbara Poulsen

Everlie Barbara Poulsen, 6 years old, was born June 4, 2017 in Heber City, Utah To Zam and Heather Poulsen. She passed away unexpectedly on January 23, 2024 at Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was a 1st grader at Delta South Elementary School. She was a member of the Little Britches Rodeo Association where she competed in Barrel Racing and Pole Bending. Everlie loved her sister, Reinzlie, her horses and dogs. Being a cowgirl was her way of life. Everlie loved to help with gathering and branding. She was a friend to everyone and very chatty and lived up to her nickname of ‘Blah Blah’. Everlie loved to tease and make everyone smile.

She is survived by her parents: Zam and Heather Poulsen of Lynndyl, Utah; her sister and best friend: Reinzlie Poulsen of Lynndyl; grandparents: Larry and Evelyn Simpson of Heber City, Utah; great grandma: Barbara Price of Heber City; and many aunts, uncles and cousins she loved dearly.

The Poulsen family would like to express their thanks to the Millard County First Responders, Delta South School Staff and Primary Children's Hospital staff and all who were involved in this tragic event. Thanks to everyone that has sent their thoughts, prayers and donations and others at this time.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, February 2, at 1:00 pm, at The Princess Town Hall, 98 E. Center St, Lynndyl. Viewings will be held Thursday evening, 6:00-8:30 pm, at the Nickle Mortuary, 190 S Center St, Delta; and Friday in Lynndyl, 11:00-12:40, prior to the service. Burial will follow at the Lynndyl Cemetery. Online condolences may be left at www.nicklemortuary.com
