Our loving Mother, Sister, Grandmother and friend, Flavia Rosella Williams Bennett, has gone home to Heavenly Father and waiting friends and family. She passed away September 21, 2013 in Provo, Utah at the age of 79. She was born to Paul and Mary Alice McCarty Williams on November 11, 1933 in Kettle Falls, Washington.

Flavia was sealed to Lynn Melford Bennett on June 19, 1952 in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. He died December 6, 1986. She worked in various callings in the LDS church, the last being Relief Society coordinator. She earned a Nurses Aide Certificate in Washington State and worked many years in different hospitals. she had a beautiful voice and often sang in choirs. She had a deep love for family and always said they were the most important thing in life. Flavia served two missions, one in the Las Vegas, Nevada Mission and the other in the Houston Texas Mission.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Lynn; her daughter: Millie Boreu Bringard; her parents: Paul and Mary Williams; sister: Fayntella; brothers: Roger and Lauren; and a brother, Paul, that died as an infant. She is survived by brothers: Milton, Lonnie; sister: Irwena; and her children: Lynda Stuart of Delta; Lynn (Nancy) of North Carolina; William (Gayle) of Hinckley; Paul (Cheryl) of Deseret; and Jason of Provo. She had 17 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild and many nieces and nephews and cousins.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, September 27, 2013 at 2:00 pm with a viewing prior to services starting at 1:00 pm at the Delta Fourth Ward 197 S. 300 W. Burial will be in the Hinckley Cemetery. The family has requested in lieu of flowers please donate money to the family account at the Nickle Mortuary.
