Ina Lee Tippetts Bradford, age 68, passed away Monday, March 21, 2016, surround by her loved ones, at her home in Fairfield, California. Ina Lee was born on Februday 25, 1948, in Monticello, Utah to Perry and Bea Tippetts; their fourth child. She grew up in Utah and Napa, California. Ina Lee married Robert Sterling Bradford on August 21, 1969 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He passed away October 14, 2011.
Upon graduating from BYU in Elementary Education, Ina Lee relocated to San Francisco with her husband and started a family. She loved being a mother and grandmother and raised eight biological children and touched the lives of many other children and youth.
A life-long member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Ina Lee served in many capacities but especially enjoyed her time working with the Girl's Camp program and as a Seminary teacher.
Her interests included collecting and identifying insects, teaching literacy, writing poetry, and playing word games. She worked for several years at Dan O. Root Elementary as a literacy specialist.
Ina Lee is survived by her four daughters: Kerrie (David) Fairchild, Bonnie Bradford, Jill Bradford, and Kathie Bradford; four sons: Steven (Brooke) Bradford, Brian (Angela) Bradford, Jeff Bradford, and Keith (Victoria) Bradford; 13 grandchildren; and 7 siblings. She preceded in death by her parents and husband: Robert.
A Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 29 at Walker Funeral Home, 187 S. Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah. The casket will be closed at 11:00 a.m. with interment to follow at the Spanish Fork Cemetery.
