Joyce Webb Spencer, age 98, passed away on Monday, August 13, 2018 in Delta, Utah. She was born on January 25, 1920 in Hinckley, Utah, the youngest of the six children of LeRoy Simon and Verna Lizette Alldredge Webb. She married Harold A. Spencer on April 14, 1938. They raised two beloved children, and shared 52 years together until his passing on January 28, 1991.
Joyce is survived by her daughter: Dr. Joyceen Boyle; son: Harold Edell Spencer; 2 grandsons and several grandchildren by marriage. She was preceded in death by her husband: Harold A. Spencer; a great-granddaughter; 3 sisters and 2 brothers.
She will be laid to rest beside her husband during a simple Graveside Service on Monday, August 20, at 10:00 AM at the Hinckley Utah Cemetery.
