We honor the life of my father, Lynn F Culmer, of American Fork, Utah. He passed away in Delta, Utah on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at the age of 82. He raised our family in Sandy, Utah; however I would like to thank our Delta community, that has embraced our family during these recent years:

Thank you Service Drug for supporting me when I came in crying when I found that my parents were over/under dosing their medications. For having a system set to take away my fears.
Thank you Dr. Smith and staff for putting up with all of his jokes and every time he said "ouch!" before every shot. Especially for Dr. Smith for meeting me at the hospital door with a hug.
Thank you Delta hospital nursing staff for listening to our stories and caring for his body with dignity before and after his passing. Your compassion was felt.
