Lela Lorraine Lee

Lela Lorraine Lee, age 78, passed away on Saturday, May 15, 2021 in Boise, Idaho. She was born August 2, 1942 in Ely, Nevada, the second of the 4 children of Leo Lloyd and Mearna V. Lewis Lee. Lela grew up in Callao, Utah helping on the family farm. She attended Delta High School, then returned to Callao to help out her parents. Lela always had a happy spirit and a joyful attitude. She was a hard worker, both in her jobs and as mother to her six children. In the 70's, she worked as a TSA supervisor at the Reno International Airport. Later she found employment as an office manager at many Reno area businesses. In 1999 she moved to Boise, Idaho, and eventually purchased a home in Nampa, Idaho.

Lela retired in 2007, after which she enjoyed spending all the time she could with her children and grandchildren. She was a wonderful mother and an amazing grandmother and great-grandmother.

Lela  enjoyed putting on Yard Sales (she would even let her neighbors throw in their items to sale). She enjoyed meeting and chatting with people. She had a beautiful yard. She put a lot of her free time into keeping it looking green and bright. She had deep love of the gospel and faithfully attended the Grace Bible Church in Nampa as long as her health permitted. She loved animals and doted on her adorable Pomeranian dog, Peanut.

Lela is survived by her son: Dennis Judd, Alaska; daughter: Valerie (Don) Judd Ricketts, Boise, ID; Misty Woodger (Ronnie Sapp), Silver Springs, Nevada; 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; brother: Chuck Lee, Delta. She was preceded in death by parents; son: Lloyd Judd; daughters: Cindy Judd and Brenda Judd; sister: Bonnie Graham Lee; brother: Lewis Lee.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, May 22, at 11:00 am, at the Ibapah Cemetery. Funeral Service held on Thursday, May 20 in Boise, Idaho. Condolences may be left at www.nicklemorturary.com
